Should I register as a member?

No, you don't have to register as a member. But if you register, you will benefit more from our shopping cart system, and the whole status of your order process etc.

How do I place an order?

It's easy and secure! Just add the item you prefer in the shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button located beneath the product image. To add more items to your cart, select "Continue Shopping". When you're ready to complete your order, click " Checkout," follow the easy step on completing your order, and select your payment option. We will prepare your order ASAP after your payment confirmation.

When will my order ship?

Prints by machine ship within 3 - 5 business days after you place your order.
Oil paintings by artists ship with 14 - 18 business days after you place your order.
Please note - we need the time (above) to actually print, paint, assemble, and package your order.

How can I pay for my painting?

You can pay for your paintings with a credit card, PayPal, WesternUnion or bank transfer.
We accept credit card payment via secured Web page. No people ever see your credit card information as it is all done electronically.This is the safer and easier way to pay for the things you love.

What is your cancellation / return policy?

Our return policy is very simple:
If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on our site, for any reason, you can return it to us within 50 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Are your paintings copyrighted works

We are doing our best to avoid copyright infringement. Every painting in our gallery is either in the public domain or being sold under license from the estate of the artist. If you find on our site any work of your art unlicensed, please notify us immediately. We will handle in 24 hours.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number included in the e-mail. We send the e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided when you placed your order.

Can I get a discount for a bulk purchase?

Sorry, the price on our site is the bottom price to guarantee the quality and related cost.

Can you paint other not listed here?

Yes. That's a frequent request from our customers. You need to e-mail us the images or links.

How do I return my purchase / order?

It is compulsory to contact us before returning a painting.

I'm buying a gift. Will the purchase price appear on the invoice with my order?

You can send your order as a gift. We do NOT include any dollar amounts on the invoice that will be included with your purchase.

Where can I find discount / coupon codes?

we do not offer coupon codes or discount codes. our price is already the bottom cost to make sure the quality.

How do I change my login e-mail address?

After you login to your account, click on the "Contact Information" icon, and you can change your e-mail address right there.

Can I include a gift message with my purchase?

Yes, you can include a gift message with your purchase. just type it on the special request field after adding your item to shopping cart.
